I ordered 100 gallons of propane yesterday which should have put my tank at 80%. When I get home today, my tank reads 75%. I checked the invoice and it said I was at 80%. When I called about the discrepancy I was told that the percentage on the tank can vary as much as 5% in a single day. It doesn’t ever vary that much, but it conveniently did on the day they made a delivery. 5% is about 12 gallons—roughly $42 I got screwed out of.

Ordered gas on a Monday still have not heard from or seen them. Finally call and the lady said 10-12 days unless we wanted to pay an extra 250 to have it delivered next day. Will be taking our business elsewhere. This place is a damn joke. Beware of using them

I never do google reviews but was so disappointed in my experience with this company that I felt it important to share. We are building a new home and had Thompson scheduled to install propane lines/tank, and on the day of install I was told the property was too wet to do the install (without any attempts at trying) and that the next time they would come to install would be in 7 weeks.
