Thompson Gas has been amazing! We had a horrible experience with Amerigas and finally canceled our account with them and swapped to Thompson Gas. Best decision! Everyone I've spoken to has been very helpful, kind, and respectful. They don't gouge you for money and charge you for services you never got, like Amerigas. David was awesome! He helped get our account started after he came to do the leak inspection and then came out to remove the old tank and place one of their tanks and he was very nice, quick, and thorough. Thompson gas is always fast, reliable and friendly.
The wonderful employees at this place helped us so much. We had an overfilled tank and were beside ourselves with worry. They educated us, fixed our problem, and we were back on the road quickly. They allowed us to wait out of the heat and keep hydrated during the repair. They are angels!!
Trenton P. came out and installed a new gas tank, installed underground pipe, connected it to genset. He was great to work with. On time, skilled, and a nice guy to work with. It was a pleasure. Great to have good people to call on.
Denis and the rest of the wonderful people at ThompsonGas/ ER Energy Propane in Sonora, Ca were fast at getting us a filled tank after purchasing our house. Their prices are more affordable than any other company we spoke with and so much more friendlier. Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks ThompsonGas.
