If I could give zero stars I would. My propane tank was supposed to be picked up last Thursday 4/17, my husband rushed home on his lunch break to move the tank to the road to make it super easy for the driver. Called Thursday after the pickup window ended and the tank was still there and was told the driver was still coming. Friday came around and the tank was still there, I called and my husband called and we were told it was still in the process of being picked up. Been a customer for 15+ years and customer service was great. For some reason, it now sucks!! Wait extended period for fillup to arrive, on hold on phone for 30+ minutes and never got anyone to answer. Something went terribly wrong suddenly.
I had called several gas companies since moving to Clayton, NC to install logs and a tank with no luck. I spent 2 years chasing down gas companies, but appointments never happened. Then I called Thompson Gas and within minutes had an appointment scheduled. Kris was beyond helpful, kind, and attentive. Install day was today and Gene was wonderful!
