Why will they not answer the phone? About to move to someone else.
The driver was a really great guy, super friendly. The reason I would not recommend is they lied to me. They said they could move my line under my house then when they brought the tank they said they don't do that. When I called about it the woman got rude with me, also I asked the tank be filled they said no problem. Then they said oh we have to set that up separately. And if you want the line moved you have to hire someone to do it. So no do not recommend.
Th last two times when Thompson Gas came out to fill my tank they over-charged me by $.55 per gal. At $3.15 per gal they are are ripping everyone who buys from them. Economy Gas in Childersburg sells propane for $2.59 per Gal, delivered, plus tax of course. When I empty out this tank, Thompson will come and get it. I'll be calling Ecomomy Gas.
So unpaid nearly 800 to have my tank filled in the winter and I'm told that they have 5 days to bring it out. They got my money this time but will never have my business again.
