Was supposed to deliver gas on Friday, call my cell phone on Wednesday at noon to tell me they are on their way. I had to take off work to meet him there, he said fine I'll check the tank while you are on the way. Drove home (30 min) just for him to tell me he won't fill it due to the age of the tank and because it doesn't have a serial number on it.
