I had THE BEST massage today with Ian! He is amazing! Listened and focused in on my specific concerns. It’s more treatment then just a relaxation massage which is exactly what I needed. He really knows what he is doing! Super knowledgeable and even gave me stretches and tips to try related to my professional. I feel a thousand times better just after one appointment! I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing RMT.

I had a massage with Ian a while ago and he was very helpful in treating some acute muscular issues I was dealing with. Then, I recently booked in for a Thai massage and it was AMAZING! I felt very relaxed during the appointment and experienced increased mobility and improved alignment afterwards. If you enjoy complete relaxation, and being tossed around like a wet pool noodle, book the Thai massage!
I just had an awesome massage treatment from Elizabeth. She provided a relaxing experience with attention to pressure points, neck injury and tender areas. I have less tension in my muscles and feel my 75 minute massage was well worth it!
