Dr khan is one of the best Dr , but unfortunately the clinic has worse receptionist
Hello, I would like to mention that Dr Khan is a great doctor she has been my family doctor for about 6 years. But today ( July 20th 2026) around 2pm my mother called the clinic and the receptionist was very unkind she was very disrespectful with my mother and she also hung up on my mother mid-conversation and this wasn’t just today I have noticed this the last couple of time we called the clinic. respectfully I nor my mother has appreciated this behaviour please I request you to pay attention to your staff. Thank you.
I have been a patient at Thompson Medical Clinic for the past five years, and unfortunately, I have had repeated negative experiences with the receptionist, Mayra. She has consistently been unhelpful, dismissive, and disrespectful.
