All doctors at Thompson Medical are awesome, staff at reception is always helpful and respectful.
No patients were waiting in the clinic , showed up 35 minutes before closing and I was told the clinic now closes at 7:40 pm when it clearly states 8pm . Here's a tip , turn off your open sign ! Terrible customer service at the desk.
I had to share this review because of the excellent service provided by Annie who works at the front desk! I never have an issue with whoever works the front desk they all are wonderful and offer the best service. Not sure why you are advertising that you are a walk in clinic, but when I get there at open, I am told that you’re not taking walk-ins.
