The service department was honest and expensive, but you get the truth.
I bought a VW at a different dealership because Thompsons didnt have the color I wanted, but I knew or thought I knew I would still have dealer support close to home either way. I have bought many many vehicles and knew that they could warranty work at any VW dealership. I called to make an appointment for my first service. The Service man I spoke to was instantly rude. Dave LeClair is an honest upfront guy. Great job in finding a car for my granddaughter and amazing job on her trade. He spent a lot of time with us going over the car and making certain everything was correct and that she was comfortable. I will be back when I am ready to trade. Thank you Dave!
