The team at Thompson remains great to work with, team is always courteous, and professional. Work is always completed as expected, I always get it back when promised. I have lived all over the country, it's hard to find a shop that cares about the customer experience as much as this team does
4/6/26Update: I purchased my second vehicle from Thompsons and David LeClair on 3/31/26 - why wouldn’t I got back!? They are so awesome! David is great at helping YOU find what you want and not trying to sell you what he is trying to sell to make money. He will and does find the best deal. I am still in the process of finding the right car and model right now, but the Tiguan is still in the top 3 of 8.
David was kind and thorough. The process was quick and streamlined. I love my new (to me) VW and will definitely go back here for my next one!
