They ripped us off bad, I ran out of fuel at the Walmart distribution .01 miles away from them & they only put 17gallons of fuel. Why did the invoice come out to $400 Never again
My first time here as a road commissioner was a great experience. We needed a specific item, and they had it. The service was wonderful, and the staff was friendly. I got.help with carrying my items out to my truck - you don't get that much anymore at businesses.
These guys kick so much a$$, their feet stink!!! I was losing power on the way out here from central Illinois. Saw my fuel filter was clogged on my Detroit Series 60 12.7L. Called Thad in service, gave him my part number, and they got me back on the road directly!!! He even remembered my name from only the phone call. Good people out here, customer service as strong as a garlic milkshake, I’ll tell you what!!! I won’t forget this place anytime soon…
While the service was great, I ultimately was sent away with my problem not fixed. Nothing more frustrating than driving less than 10 minutes only to have the same issue pop up when I was told I was good to go. Called multiple times trying to see if I can return but no answer as it was close to their closing time.
I would 100% recommend this shop! we had them put a new engine in one of our 26ft box trucks and they made it an easy process and kept me updated along the way. They have went above and beyond what I expected out of them, couldn’t ask for better. Thad and Seth definitely took care of my business and I will always go back to them for mechanical work on my vehicles! Thanks guys
