Had large branch come down in my front yard after a storm. Called to have someone stop by to give me an estimate. Asked for $59 service fee first. No thank you.
They skipped the first appointment window, then the next one. One of the people answering the phone genuinely wanted to help, but apparently could not. No explanation why not. I guess the crew (crews?) just do whatever jobs are closest to the crew chief's house, the crew chief being the business owner perhaps. (I'm in Wheaton not far from their office.)
Very good service. The price was right. The clean up was spectacular. Would call them any time for tree removal.
Thompson Tree Removal removed a 100+ yr old Sycamore in a tight space in my backyard with ease. They used a crane and did it the right way. Their price was also the most competitive of the 3 quotes I received. You may have to wait a little while for them to schedule your appointment but they communicated that fact up front when they quoted. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal.
