Had to rent a ditch witch from them for the day. Paperwork was lengthy and a bit much however, 5 stars on the equipment performance. I've used dozens of them in the past, this one was by far the best I've used.
I can’t express enough the gratitude I have for the service at this location, specifically with the rep Skyler. I am very new to the excavation industry and as I’ve looked around for local places to do business with this location by far stands out! Skyler exudes very good active listening, enthusiasm, professionalism and personalism. Recently took our Peterbilt in for a alignment check, instructed the service writer to check the caster due to new springs being replaced , asked them not to check rear axles , not to bend axles , picked up the truck up six hours later and was advised his techs bent my axle to adjust camber and added shims to my rear axles, after I instructed them not to do.
