I ordered a part a week ago. Went to pick it up a few days after it was supposed to be in when we got there it wasn't there like it was supposed to be. You can't even get a phone call that says your parts are not here. Ive got way to mych going on to be making pointless trips Oh and trying get them on the phone good luck it seems like only one person works at a time. I've had to call other stores to get the parts I need which is what I'm going to have to do with the part I'm currently trying to get.

I'm going to give these guys 2 stars because their staff was professional and polite. With that said, WTH? Ordered a forklift cylinder seal kit. Went to pick it up and they tried to collect $511 for a seal kit. Was told they were no longer a CAT forklift dealer, so as a result, they couldn't get dealer cost anymore on parts. That means they have to buy the parts at retail, and then mark them up. I ordered the kit I needed online from TruPar for $134.99 delivered. Called looking for parts to my Spartan Zero Turn that I purchased here several years earlier, they no longer sell Spartan Equipment at this location but made sure to help me get the parts I needed for my repair. Excellent Customer Service. Thanks guys.
