Always professional service from parts counter.. sales team does an excellent job of info and knowledge on types of equipment for your needs
Had a 306 excavator track come off and Daniel the service tech came out immediately and took care of it. He was super professional and polite, it was a 10/10 experience

Super neat place with tons of inventory
I ordered a part a week ago. Went to pick it up a few days after it was supposed to be in when we got there it wasn't there like it was supposed to be. You can't even get a phone call that says your parts are not here. Ive got way to mych going on to be making pointless trips Oh and trying get them on the phone good luck it seems like only one person works at a time. I've had to call other stores to get the parts I need which is what I'm going to have to do with the part I'm currently trying to get.
