Bought a new tractor 2 years ago, only use it about 10-15 minutes a month for the animals. It has LESS than 6 HOURS on it. Stopped running a few months ago, starter is bad. First I was told they would absolutely cover it under warranty- even though it was out of the 2 year coverage by 60 days. I recently sent a Kioti tractor to them to repair, after 6 weeks of checking every week, I was told we are waiting on the manufacturer to get back to us, finally, I was told that it needed some new parts, and described the recommended parts replacement, I am an engineer and it just didn’t seam right, so I called the dealer that I bought it from in TN, and they told me, that there evaluation was incorrect, and that it needed a safety control , told me that was a common problem, they had the part in stock, sent it out that day... read more

Purchased a KIOTI CS2220 tractor with backhoe and thumb to clean up our small property. In 6 months time, we put 63 hours on the meter. This tractor is little workhorse. Brian and the guys were great to deal with. Highly Recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with over the last 5 months. They took our tractor 5 months ago and quoted us a ridiculously high amount. My elderly parents agreed to the quoted repair cost. Over the last 5 months they haven't called or updated us on the process. We had to call repeatedly for updates and was never told the price was going up. Well my elderly parents arrived to pick up the tractor and they charged them 4 thousand over the quoted amount. Beware of this place… do not buy a machine from here .. look at reviews The Bad Boy mower I bought the spindles went after 54 hours and Greg the salesman had every excuse in the book and kept putting words in my mouth… No customer service and didn’t care at all. Been in the business for 40 years and this is the Worst shop I’ve been associated with. And the Corporate Warranty department is even worse. Jack from corporate warranty is basically a Liar… Buy a Scag from another manufacturer!!!!!
