Of course hottest time is when ac goes out. Thompson Total Air Solutions responded very quickly. Technician was friendly and thorough in his diagnosis. Had parts on hand. Checked for applicable warranties and I think price was more than reasonable.

I had a mini split Mitsubishi unit installed last week by Michael Thompson. A week later I called him to ask him about the 20 amp circuit breaker that he was supposed to add, to power this mitsubish. It turns out he pulled out a 60 amp breaker that was in the box in order to put his 20 amp breaker in a more convenient spot for him. Thompson Total Air Solutions rescued our vacation rental (on a holiday weekend) AGAIN! Exceptional customer service. I cant explain how good it feels to know this company will answer my distress call, diagnose and fix the problem at an extremely reasonable price. Cant say that about many places in Franklin County.
