I had a mini split Mitsubishi unit installed last week by Michael Thompson. A week later I called him to ask him about the 20 amp circuit breaker that he was supposed to add, to power this mitsubish. It turns out he pulled out a 60 amp breaker that was in the box in order to put his 20 amp breaker in a more convenient spot for him. Thompson Total Air Solutions rescued our vacation rental (on a holiday weekend) AGAIN! Exceptional customer service. I cant explain how good it feels to know this company will answer my distress call, diagnose and fix the problem at an extremely reasonable price. Cant say that about many places in Franklin County.
Called for a quote on replacing an older hvac system, response time was great, someone came out within 48 hours, had my quote later that day, and a new system within a week! Couldn’t ask for better custom service! Will use again in the future and recommend to others! Job well done.
