Took my car there to fix an exhaust leak. The day before I asked if it'll be a problem if my car is low to ground and the worker said it shouldn't be a problem. The next day my aunt and I went by the shop early to drop it off. We were the first customers. The worker arrived and walked right passed us and didn't even greet us.
