My vaneer fell off over the weekend. I phoned early Monday and the receptionist was kind and got me a morning appointment. I was seen by a 5th year student who talked me through the process. My tooth was fixed within 10 minutes. I am so grateful for the friendly, calm staff. Thank you.
I used to be part of the Langsett practise until they tripped over and stuck needle straight through my bottom lip. So I transferred to Fairlawns... to be honest 1st year or 2 all work was done well even though its students who complete the work. It was all done professionally and I had no doubts seen as the dentist and operations do not really bother me. The last year has gone downhill.. Previously brilliant could not fault. However last two visits, awful. Students not listening when the issue is a repeat issue that has had to be managed but not interested. Now I am left with a half hanging out tooth that will be finished off next week because they ran out of time.
