In the beginning, Bobby Thompson JR and Tiffany Jones (his assistant) seemed very interested, knowledgeable and helpful in making our Quickbooks accounting more streamlined. Bobby allowed Tiffany to rebuild our then current accounting system in Quickbooks. Tiffany literally "broke" our company books. So badly, that even a new CPA firm (which Thompson Tax & Accounting is NOT a CPA) and the Quickbooks programming team could not correct/fix.
