UPDATE: Dec 19, 2025. It is now 16 weeks since the report on our Carpet was given to Thompsons and we are still waiting for them to share it with us. Daily requests for answers to specific questions are just completely ignored. UPDATE: Thompson Homes finally granted my request for an in person inspection of the Carpet problems that we had raised with them in August 2024. That inspection took place on September 4th 2025. Poor experience. Still after months cracked bricks to be fixed. Incorrect grout colour used and they wont rectify. Unable to get service or contact throughout the build. Concrete foundation was poured in rain and crumbled and needed rectification. Foundation was still cracked on handover. Very poor workmanship. Would absolutely not recommend.

Happy with my new house at Rivercove Residences. Has been a fairly easy straightforward process and I know have my own home in a relatively nice area close to the river. Would recommend.
2 years after moving in we are far from happy… Due to threat of legal action I have had to remove the remainder of this review. Well, after being assured that our concerns would be addressed quickly if I removed any negative online comments we’re still waiting. Must admit I did have a good laugh though when delays in the Aftercare process beginning in 2024 were blamed on Covid.
