Thompson are brilliant to deal with and the quality of the homes are outstanding. Thompson have a brilliant team of ppl from the office to site. UPDATE: Feb 10, 2026. It is now just over 23 weeks since Thompsons were given the report into the issues with our Carpet and we’re still waiting to be given a copy. Dozens of requests have either been ignored completely or met with terse responses and being told, “we don’t appreciate your constant requests”. We are genuinely wondering what exactly they are trying to hide. UPDATE: Dec 19, 2025. Over the past 4 years of dealing with Thompson Homes, they have never ceased to amaze us. We are grateful for their perfection, patience, and peace of mind, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Very thankful for Thompson's and especially Jacqui in the front office. She held a spot for us to get in after a conversation over the phone where she had 1 townhouse left and by the time I came in the next day, she had already had other people try take the last spot but held it for us.
