Recently had our Ssangyong musso in for inspection / repair still within its warranty period, After a run around from a local dealership my ute ended up on their doorstep via a tow truck from hours away. Kayla in service was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she always took the time and was prompt with everything although my job was dumped on them. Excellent customer service!
Ssangyong Service advisor - so rude and un empathetic. absolute disgrace.
2 year old Musso still under warranty, diff locked up and told warranty is void because my mechanic put additive in to try to fix the problem.
