2 year old Musso still under warranty, diff locked up and told warranty is void because my mechanic put additive in to try to fix the problem.
Happy to take your money and sell cars but service and follow ups are an absolute disgrace. NEVER AGAIN
Brought up a couple of issues on my 1st service after brand new purchase. Obviously not familiar with the Ssangyong Rexton as commented that there was no way to adjust what is a very well known issue with the vehicle! When emailed directly to take back to address, no acknowledgement of email, followed up with my dissatisfaction on a cookie to survey, still no acknowledgement, comment or attempt to ring me to help me resolve the issues.
