Dr. Alia is a nice doctor - she explains things clearly and has a good approach. However, her staff is a different story. They're often rude and unsympathetic, which is really off-putting. Their management is pretty poor too. Booking an appointment is a nightmare - it's always 2-3 weeks wait, no matter what. And if you plan a walk-in, it's a gamble. Dr Aliya herself is a great doctor but I had to switch because the clinic is very poorly managed. Calling and getting appointment times upto 2-3 weeks later for an urgent issue. Even when I walk in- have to wait atleast 2-3 hours , taking precious time off work , it shouldn’t be the case if I have a family doctor . I have now switched to another clinic in Milton and very satisfied with my experience

I have my first experience with Dr Aliya and trust me she’s super friendly and knowledgeable, she’s been guided me throughout in this beautiful journey and things go in my favour! She never rushed during an appointment, always listened throughly and provided good suggestions. I have been recommended her to all my expecting friends already and sending more… I'm blessed to have her!! no doubt she’s the best in town Staff is cooperative and friendly, there’s a bit of a wait time but it’s 1000 times worth it
Dr Aliya was my OB when I delivered at credit valley in July. I was very satisfied with her and it was so comforting to have a familiar face for my delivery. She was vigilant and caring throughout pregnancy and accepted me as a patient when other OBs denied me. Thoroughly recommend her!
