My dentist was the worse I ever experienced. He spent so much time to take out my wisdom tooth (thar were not supposed to be taken out). But failed to take out my wisdom tooth. Finally he gave a cut/incission to my gum but still failed to take it out. He stitched my gum back and referred me to a specialist dental surgeon. The dental office has been harassing our family regarding a claim that was not filed on time due to their own administrative incompetence. Because of this failure, the insurance company rightfully denied payment. Despite the error being entirely theirs, the dental office has now placed the account in collections and is attempting to hold me liable for charges that I do not owe.
