We were towing our RV and had trouble with our truck. They went out of there way to pick us (and our dogs) up and bring us to town even though they couldn't get a truck and mechanic out for a couple hours due to volume of calls that day. Once they were able to look at our truck, they were able to fix our minor issue quickly and get is back in the road. Everyone was nice and helpful.
These guys SAVED our 3 week vacation with our boat trailer issue. Thank u so much for a quick turn around!
I needed help this morning, a Sunday, and it took a while for him to get to me, but I understand it was about 6 A.M when I placed my call through OnStar. When the gentleman arrived he was very polite, very professional, very patient with me, and I was just so thankful for all those things. He got me to the next dealership closer to my home, about 50 miles away from Glasgow, and made sure I had a ride/somewhere to go because he didn't just want to abandon me.
