Did a great job Aligning the front end on my F250 Super Duty!!
Set an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived I was refused service, and told that I never called.
Great service timely communications
Well I was worried where my pride and joy would be put back together after the accident I had. I have a hard time trusting mechanics. But after receiving my truck with a signature there was a minor issue that Thompsons made Right. I feel like if I went somewhere else that they would've said, "well you signed for it -not our problem". Not Thompsons, they went out of their way to insure they're reputation was solid. I feel like this shows even more so, that if there wasn't an issue,that they truly cared to be trusted for futur... read more
