Hired Marty to help with a custody battle. Had retained his law firm for a year. Then his partner Woolf filed an appearance on my exs behalf. The law firm knew they could not represent my ex as they were already representing me. Yet Woolf still accepted money from my ex and filed an appearance. This is unethical. Don't trust this law firm
