Matt took a weight off of us. He’s the one contractor I didn’t have to oversee and worry about. His scope of work was comprehensive and simple, and affordable. I would only consider using him for all future needs!
Matt the owner was super helpful and easy to talk with. He sent a technician out the same day I called. The technician was also kind and courteous. They were in and out and prompt. Highly recommend as it was an all around great experience!
Thompson septic answered my call regarding an issue on a Saturday night at 8pm. They agreed to come out and look at an issue with our tank that another company said wasn't a problem and there was nothing wrong. Cody came out on Monday morning pumped it and wouldnt you know it there was a problem with the tank that the other company completely missed or ignored. Thompson will be my go to septic company from now on. They earned a customer for life
I have been using Thompson Septic as a contractor for many years, first Greg and now Matt. They do exceptional work at a fair price. They go beyond the normal work needed. There are not any other companies that I will use on my jobs. Keep up the great work!
We had Thompson Septic come out to install a new system for us due to our older system failing. After the inspections and permits were ready, they came out as soon as the weather was dry and started work. Even with our complicated situation, it only took about one full day to actually get the new tank installed. The entire process took a little under three days from the time digging started.
