The Thompson Savannah never disappoints! The food is absolutely amazing, the rooms are comfortable, cozy, and beautifully appointed, and the customer service is consistently exceptional. What truly makes the experience special is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. I genuinely love this hotel and the people who make every visit memorable. Had such an amazing stay here, we stayed one night while passing though, it a beautiful hotel. The bathrooms are gorgeous and spacious. The only thing I think could be done better would be having some water stations located more conveniently. The rooftop bar was soooo good, beautiful views and definitely the best cosmo of my life!

I stayed here this past week because I was getting married in Savannah. I stayed in the Premier Riverfront Suite that claims to be a King but isn’t. Valet takes 15-20 minutes to get the car even when no one else is in line. The mini fridge was not cold and the items were covered in old food. I realized this when I picked up a few items so I placed them back. I was still charged for these items though due to what I assume is a weight sensor.
