STAY AWAY DO NOT CALL...THEY DO NOT RESPOND PROFESSIONALLY NOR IS TYLER THOMPSON AND BRITTANY LEASH A REAL MECHANICAL PLACE. SCAM ALERT. Edit: they never called or texted an update we had to call them and then this so called shop gave me a round around. Yes it may be true about the flu or etc...but Brittany stated she does not want anything to do with TYLER THOMPSON and the business. They do not have a license to operate and are or have been committed auto repair fraud.
Tyler and his wife were nothing short of AMAZING!!! After letting some other hack try fixing my problems, Tyler came in and made perfect sense out of a complete disaster!!! Our car has NEVER ran so perfectly!!!! THIS IS THE GUY YOU CALL!!! Thank you guys soooo much!!! You guys will never know how much we appreciate you!!! 10 out of 5 Stars for Thompsons Roadside Assistance!!!!
My daughter’s (WVU student) tire was losing air - we don’t live nearby. Contacted Tyler and he was there within 15 minutes and identified the problem (cracked rim) sent picture , and fixed issue within an hour for a very reasonable and affordable price. Super helpful and nice. Definitely recommend!!!!
Great service! I was broke down on the side of hwy79 today for like 8 hours until I found this young man. Other guys were giving me the run around. I stumbled across this company and he was onsite to help me with the parts ready to be installed in no time! Very dependable! Very helpful. And I’m very grateful for the services I received today. I highly recommend their services!!
