most of what you read about thompson rv isn't wrong, but that's not to say there isn't people working there that will ruin the experience and make you walk away. after working with a salesman, learning about outdoors rv from the manufacturer and getting the warranty information straight, two days before making the drive to pickup a new trailer the entire deal was killed by the antics and unprofessionalism of a guy named burton.
