Beware of Thompson Roofing company unfortunately we live in a high wind area in Rancho Cucamonga. After 2 weeks are brand new roof begin to lose shingles. Gary came out and said that the tiles didn’t have time to seal because of the cold. 6 weeks into our new roof the whole back side of our house roof shingles were completely tore off by the wind in several parts of our roof. My Home Owners insurance told me I need to get my house re-roofed or they won't insure me anymore. So I got 4 quotes and Thompson Roofing was by far the cheapest quote. Also, he said what the price was and that was that. The other quotes said they would charge extra for any area with more than 1 layer of shingles, this told me they would nickle and dime me to death. Gary and his team showed up on time and did a great job. Even with the current lumber prices the additional wood needed was reasonably priced. I had been gathering different quotes for a couple month and I could never really get a straight answer from other contractors. Gary was a straight shooter and there was no bs. I even learned a little during the process. They finished a day early even with the heat that week. Our new roof looks great and the price was very reasonable. We are very pleased with Thompson Roofing. Gary gave us a very fair price, communicated every step of the way, was professional, arrived early each morning and finished on time even with a wind delay. The crew was clean and the roof looks great. One of the easiest home renovations we have done.
Gary Showed up on time and his was very professional. He fixed the leak we had in our home in Eastvale, the same day and he came back the day after to finish replacing some broken roof tiles. He is honest, professional and knowledgeable! He gave us a very reasonable price too! He did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend him.
