I got my new home over a year ago. Form the beginning, I had squeaking and popping issues with my stairs as if it were an old house. They just replaced it, but now they can't put the drywall because the new stairs are too wide and I have to be stuck with a hole that might be dangerous for my kid.
Bobby Vigil has been an amazing guide for us to get into our forever home. He's been helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about getting us into Thompson River Ranch. He started by keeping his appointments ( we live 3 hours away, he's always been there as promised in person), showing us multiple options for models, and following through right away with information requests.
