Purchased a Stinger Quad- Aer aerator from them. Top of the line service throughout the entire process. Benji, the owner, even drove two hours out of his way to deliver the machine to me! If you are ever in the Columbia/ Lexington area an need to rent or purchase equipment, these are your guys!

So I have used these guys because they have been extremely helpful, until this spring. Went to rent a lawn aerator and the owner wanted to charge me $40 additional to use a trailer when last time I rented the aerator it came on a small trailer. So this owner lost my business for good and anyone I speak to over a $40 trailer. Oh well.
Gave me an old machine that wouldn't work properly to start. Wasted my day of work that day and ended up losing the job bc I couldn't get it done in a timely manner. Asked the lady to credit me as I may need their service in the future. Didn't end up needing their rental service anymore so I called back for a refund. I was then told they don't give refunds for credits. Would've been nice to know that upfront!
Thompson’s Rental in Lexington provided truly top-notch service when my family and I needed rental equipment on short notice due to an emergency. The managers and staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and kind, and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of quickly and professionally.
