Starting with the design process Thompson Price managed and executed our finished basement project flawlessly. They worked through several design versions to help us envision the best way to utilize the space. They ran on site meetings and follow ups to ensure our quality expectations were met. We had an under-counter outlet that wasn't working, requiring a new part. They did not hesitate to get whatever was needed, and even delivered the part to our house! Such a wonderful company.
TJ was a pleasure to work with on a recent manufacturer warranty claim and his company wasn't even the original remodelers! He was happy to respond to a cold (and somewhat desperate) inbound request as my remodelers have since gone out of business. TJ asked good questions and was very professional and courteous throughout the process. I would highly recommend working with him.
I cannot say enough good things about my Kitchen/Powder Room/Entry remodel from Thompson Price. From the first visit to the final walk through, the experience was truly incredible. Less than 3 months I had a beautiful transformation. My Designer(s), Leahanne, TJ and Veronica were creative and provided knowledge of each step of the process. We really enjoyed working with Thompson Price on our complete kitchen remodel from beginning to end. LeahAnne always had great input and ideas to share with us as we were trying to make our small space appear bigger. They were very conscious in helping us make the right choices to stay within our budget. Bill was our everyday project guy and he was such a pleasure to have in our home.
