This is the most honest company I have ever found. I am a widow. My husband knew about the pool and I am now having to learn. I called Thompson with what I thought was a problem with my pump. The lady I spoke with took me through a list of things I could do myself that would fix the problem, saving me an expensive service call. Who does that? The one stare "awful" rating hardly conveys the level of customer service at Thompson Pools. The sales staff is abrasive and rude. this seems to be indicative of the business practices in the area. I can only imagine what the over whelming chlorine stench in the store is doing to the employees, a possible explanation for the appalling customer service.
I have known the Thompson Pool Store for thirty years.They are dedicated people with a great heart.They do not take advantage of their customers in any way. Their first pool they built was magnificent . They are very well established company and honest people.That is how they have built their reputation over thirty five years, honesty,reliability and dedication to their employees and customers.
Last week when I decided to take my first trip into the thompson pools establishment. It had a very vast range of supplies and I ended walking out with the 5 or 6 hard to find things that I needed. They were all very kind, courteous and very helpful. I look forward to visiting This wonderful store again.
As a pool contractor we had a great experience this company. They were prompt on the delievery of the equipment, the product was as we expected. They went out of thier way to help us get materials delivered to our site on a holiday weekend and over all have been helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
