We got several quotes for our pool, we wanted a very specific custom design, they were happy to work with us and help us get exactly what we wanted. Jim came to our home with his laptop and did the design and quote right there and then. Allowing us to tweak it to get the design we wanted. Making as many adjustments as we wanted. I can't say enough good things about working with Thompson Pools & Spa! Our pool is beautiful and was completed quickly. All the workers were timely and friendly. Jim **** was always available when I had a question or concern. Will definitely be recommending Thompson Pools &Spa!
Hank and Jim are the greatest! We started with another pool company and soon afterwards found they were the wrong company for us. Thompson stepped in, took over the project, redesigned it so we got much more bang for the same buck, and completed the pool in about four months time -- exactly what they told us in the beginning. It was a pleasure working with Thompson pools and their crew -- polite, excellent quality and timeliness. They get our highest recommendation!
