We are new to Escondido. We got a couple of quotes for a new HVAC system and selected Thompson due to the congeniality and knowledge of their rep Jacob. The installation was fast, just a day or two after the agreement was signed. The installation team was friendly, informative and skilled. We did extensive research and got multiple quotes for a new HVAC system from a number of highly rated local companies. Initially planned to install a Trane system, but after comparing the specs of the various options we ended up going with a Lennox heat-pump and furnace combo. Jacob was fantastic to work with, as he was not pushy like the Anderson guy who used scare tactics, tried to upsell unnecessary add-ons, and even asked what our budget was. Ramon arrived right on time and was very professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and explained it so I would understand why the old plumbing pipes were near the end of their life. He did a great job and was cheerful and very pleasant. I would highly recommend Thompson Plumbing and would definitely ask for Ramon again. I had hired a plumber last year, he came to my home four times and only fixed one small plumbing issue so I appreciate Ramon being so efficient. He is great!
My AC wasn't working properly. I called on Thursday afternoon, and by Friday afternoon, my AC was fixed and back up running. Ricky Rodriguez did a great job and left my office spotless. Thank you for the excellent service.
As always, super pleased with a visit from Thompson! The plumber, Ramces Laris, was very helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. He spent some time working through the issue and figured out what was needed...and then fixed it all. Every time we have these guys out, I am reminded how happy I am that my wife talked me into the membership!
