The city notified us we had a major leak at our home, we had shut off all water and needed help. Thompson answered the call, sent Jose with Ramon and a crew to replace our 38yr old pipe and valve, saving the day. Trenching, repiping, and cleanup was done in less than 5 hours and we had running water again and our front yard back to normal. We had used Thompson previously for air conditioning installation and new furnace. Great to find a dependable long established local company
Garrett provided exceptional service and advice. He thoroughly and patiently explained , in a very considerate way, the intermittent shut down issue I experienced with my heating system, and the likely potential reasons that it may have occurred. He is clearly very experienced and has a keen sense of how to work the folks like me who don’t have a clue how my heating system works. I was extremely happy with his service.

We called you for a water heater leaking from the cold water inlet connection to the water heater. Your firm was very responsive from when we called to completion of the job. Your reception and dispatch was courteous and efficient. Our tech (plumber) Ramon Escalante was professional, informative, patient, polite and proficient. He does great work and represents Thompson very well. Ramon had us up in running in short order using due dilingence.
