We are new to Escondido. We got a couple of quotes for a new HVAC system and selected Thompson due to the congeniality and knowledge of their rep Jacob. The installation was fast, just a day or two after the agreement was signed. The installation team was friendly, informative and skilled. Ramon arrived right on time and was very professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and explained it so I would understand why the old plumbing pipes were near the end of their life. He did a great job and was cheerful and very pleasant. I would highly recommend Thompson Plumbing and would definitely ask for Ramon again. I had hired a plumber last year, he came to my home four times and only fixed one small plumbing issue so I appreciate Ramon being so efficient. He is great!

As always, super pleased with a visit from Thompson! The plumber, Ramces Laris, was very helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. He spent some time working through the issue and figured out what was needed...and then fixed it all. Every time we have these guys out, I am reminded how happy I am that my wife talked me into the membership!
I have to thank Rich Thompson. He put my furnace in properly. The heating system and the air conditioning system is running perfectly. The guys that did it a long time ago screwed it up really bad and Rich took the time and put it in the proper way. I have to thank that guy 100,000 times
