Thompson Plumbing is the worst experience I have had with a contractor. Ryan came to look at my broken shower pipe and told me he was available to fix it the next day. I made the mistake of paying him up front. He never showed up the following day and only sent text messages with excuses. It has now been over a month, and my shower is still not fixed and I have not been refunded. I gave him many chances, but again and again excuses, he obviously never planned to show up. Untrustworthy and dishonest. Find a different plumber.... read more
Find a different company, they are no good.
Go elsewhere. He came out to look at the job, said he could start the next day, and I stupidly paid him upfront. He never came back. Total waste of time and money.
Impeccable. Ryan is absolutely the best man for the job..and his rates are ridiculously less than expected! So win/win! He is extremely busy (understandably), so it is difficult to connect with him, but he is our guy, regardless, bc he is the best!
A great guy helped us with the clogged sink and bathroom.
