I live in this apartment complex and I ask for things to get fixed and they seem to not have enough maintenance to help us. I have a leak from 3 sinks and my central AC is leaking all over the floor and they say it's not an emergency. Even when I moved in they still did not patch the hole in restroom cabinet after saying they would get it done. You should hire more maintenance to help us!
This place is trash the new managers suck they are running this place to the floor they leave you with mold in the apartments and when u need maintenance the show up before 5 so you get no help they get mad when u try to get help with the problems they didn’t fix from previous residents maintenance shows up drunk worse place to give your money too !

Apartment manager is very rude & she will complain to you for anything ! Won’t provide a number for a higher up either . Pool is never available to use, literally locked 24/7 . Laundry room is very smelly & hot . Cops are here every other day . Apartments are roach infested , no matter how much spray or traps you use . Do not recommend ! A year later , new management but seems everything got worse .
