Training with Stephen has been great! I take my 12yo daughter to him for strength, agility and speed training, and she loves it! I have seen improvement in her speed and strength in the soccer field and her footwork has improved as well. It’s been a great addition to her soccer trainings!
My 17yr old daughter has been training with Stephen for about 10 months and has had an incredible experience! She has grown so much, learned a lot, built incredible strength and confidence. It has helped tremendously for her speed and agility in volleyball, as well as her explosiveness and endurance. His training has been beneficial for her physical and mental health and I highly recommend!
Stephen is a competent trainer that tailors every workout to your changing condition. The hour is what you make of it but effort will produce corresponding results. I made real strides while I was there.
