Stephen is a competent trainer that tailors every workout to your changing condition. The hour is what you make of it but effort will produce corresponding results. I made real strides while I was there.
Very nice gym. The place is always clean they have a lot of good equipment. Personal training is great, I have got a lot of great workouts out of it and learned quite a bit. Me and my sister’s trainer Steven is a great dude, always nice to talk to and pushes us to our limits.
Absolutely love this gym . Stephen is always accommodating towards my needs and goals . The energy is super motivating .The aesthetics are great . Definitely will be back !
I have trained with Stephen multiple times over the last 10 years and he never fails to kick my butt. I love that it’s never the same old thing, he’s always switching it up on us and I know I will always be sore the next day (which I love). Thank you for always being supportive and an awesome human. I look forward to seeing you again soon!
