I've been a client since the 2019 returns, and this year Feb 15th 2023, I met in person with Aaron Palmer and he assured me he had time to work on my returns and could get started right away. I set up another appointment March 1st to clarify any issues and it was pretty evident he hadn't even looked at them before that second meeting. I still held out hope my returns would be done and kept checking in if they needed anything.
