We only visited the wine lounge and drank and ate at the Lola Rose Grand Mezze. (We did not stay there as guests.) Our drinks and food were great.
We had an incredible business meeting at the Thompson Palm Springs a few weeks ago. The location is perfect as it sits on one end of the main drag of shops and restaurants in Palm Springs, so you don't need car to access that area. We had a meeting in the Glass House meeting room and loved working with Brenda to coordinate all of our needs during our meeting day. I went there for my birthday with my friends and it was a great experience! It’s a beautiful place with really friendly staff. They treat you like your family. The food was amazing as well!
Let’s start with the good. It is a beautiful new hotel in the middle of Palm Springs. The grounds were well kept (still new), and we had a corner room, which we paid for, had a nice patio. Upon check in, there was an older gentleman, not the nicest. He brushed off our questions and handed us over to a lady who escorted us to our room.
