We stayed here for one night using our Amex hotel credit. Before arriving, I called to request an early check-in, but because of traffic we ended up arriving close to the standard check-in time. Unfortunately, our room still wasn't ready until after the official check-in time, which was a frustrating way to start the trip. Great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in an Upper Stories room, and it was quiet enough for my dog to sleep comfortably throughout our stay. The fact that there was no pet fee was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely stay here again!
