Love that kids are allowed. Bring floaties to relax in the pool. I noticed the pool staff puts “reserved” signs on many of the pool chairs, but I think you have to ask if you can use them because i don’t think they are actually reserved. The white daybeds cost money, so don’t get all settled down on it unless you want to pay for it. Rooms are nice and spacious, we had the 2 queen room facing downtown (room 228), didn’t hear any noise from hotel or outside. Total mess for Memorial Day weekend—don't stay here** My husband and I booked a stay here for Memorial Day weekend using our Amex Platinum. We checked in at 1:00 PM and were promised an upgraded room. Standard 3:00 PM check-in came and went. We checked back at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, only to be told our room *still* wasn't ready because they were waiting on a previous guest's late checkout. We weren’t the only ones stuck.
