Our stay at the Thompson Hotel Palm Springs was amazing! The outdoor spaces are so well thought out — beautiful, relaxing, and full of things to do without ever having to leave the property. The pool vibes were incredible, with great music and a fun yet chill atmosphere. Service was top-notch from start to finish. Special shoutout to Abel for giving us such a great first impression — he was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. We can’t wait to come back!
There should be an option for more stars for the service at this hotel. Drove to Palm Springs without a plan for lodging, but planning to stay for 7 - 10 days. Stopped at the Thompson just to check to it out and met the greatest bellman of all time, Greg. I travel up to 200 days a year and have never felt more welcome at any hotel in my life. I cannot speak more highly about this hotel. I checked with in with my mother who has mobility issues. We booked an accessible suite and was upgraded when they saw us and decided we would be better in a larger room. Greg from customer service and Pavel the director of rooms have gone so far and above for us, I can not say enough words to describe my gratitude. When we asked for a toilet chair to assist with my mother, they realized they didn’t have one in the hotel and went out and bought one for us. This is the best service... read more

분위기도 좋고 음식도 맛있어요. 키즈 프렌들리보다는 데이트 장소로 더 좋을 듯요. 온천수로 샤워하는 느낌 멋져요
