I have no complaints about this property . Aesthetic is great from top to bottom , rooms are very clean and spacious , great location and walking distance from a lot of things . Elias was excellent my entire stay , made sure I was good every time he saw me and gave me good recommendations. Definitely will be returning
Beautiful property, beautiful, clean rooms. However, Abel (parking/valet department) absolutely needs to be retrained or find another job in another field. I’ve worked in hotels for over 15 years and was appalled with his behavior towards me. I forgot something at the hotel and had to come back- I parked in self parking for 10 min exactly which was supposed to be free. I called from the gate to be let out & he was rude, unapologetic and pretty much said he couldn’t do anything for me and I was locked inside the parking struc... read more
If I could give this property 3.5 stars I would, but it definitely wasn’t a 4 star experience. Overall we were very disappointed with a few things: -Upper Stories (Adults Only) is easy accessible by people with children, which removes the Adults-only experience (also, would you allow your kids to be using the same pool as partying Palm Springs guests?), -service at the hotel, especially the Lola Rosa restaurant was poor; the hostess would constantly forget that people are waiting for tables or would disappear for 10-15mins w... read more
