From start to finish the staff seemed overwhelmed and under skilled. Booked this hotel for my wife and my 20th wedding anniversary. Like other reviews, main issues are lazy, inattentive service and a 5/6 minute wait for hot water EVERY morning, which when it finally arrives was murky and cloudy as noted by others here. The engineer came to the room and said this was normal and to leave all taps and shower on, clearly a known issue they won’t/can’t fix. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The restaurant, Lola Rosa, was good for dinner, drinks, and breakfast. The staff were attentive and helpful. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommended.
If you’re interested in breathing in loads of toxic fragrance all over the hotel and room, sleeping on a rock with pancake pillows, and using milky white colored water out of the faucet then this hotel is for you. You also have to walk through a restaurant to get to your room… very weird.
Ein sehr schönes und neues Hotel. Wir hatten einen eigenen Pool der für Upgrade Zimmer zu benutzen ist. Leider ist es mit der Sauberkeit nicht weit her. Der Pool war mit Tieren verschmutzt und die Pool Bar bestand aus einem Behälter mit warmen Wasser. Auch die eigene Lounge mit alkoholischen Getränken war nicht sehr einladend. Das Restaurant ist sehr stimmungsvoll und sehr oft ausgebucht.
