The most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with. 1st they allowed AIC to take $30 from my account to add some stranger who USED to reside at my address onto my policy W/O my consent and refused to do Anything about it. 2nd The girl Deoni is the mist unprofessional and rude thing I've had to deal with in a long time. When renewing my policy they added absolutely everything they possibly could without my talking to me 1st (read their fine print people!!) And gave me such a hard time when I wanted to change my policy!... read more
