Service team are brilliant!
Purchased our Qashqai in January 2026. From start to finish Matt in the Sales team was professional, courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he has even gone above and beyond after the sale to assist us with a couple of issues we had. I’ve had my vehicles serviced at Thompson’s for over 19 years I’ve always had a great experience from the whole team Vince the service manager has always taken the time to say Gday and check how my cars going and I’ve been treated He’s a great asset to the business They’ve always had my car ready on time and stuck to the quoted price Highly recommend
Brought a new Navara from them 1st July 2025. 7 days later the problems started to show. Time after time I've sent videos of the problem re appearing and every time they come up with an excuse as to why they wont fix it. Next step is the Ombudsman, Vcat and A Currant Affair. They were very quick and demanding to sell the Navara and take my money and now very quick to do nothing and make excuses! I will never buy another vehicle from them!
