I’ve had my vehicles serviced at Thompson’s for over 19 years I’ve always had a great experience from the whole team Vince the service manager has always taken the time to say Gday and check how my cars going and I’ve been treated He’s a great asset to the business They’ve always had my car ready on time and stuck to the quoted price Highly recommend
Brought a new Navara from them 1st July 2025. 7 days later the problems started to show. Time after time I've sent videos of the problem re appearing and every time they come up with an excuse as to why they wont fix it. Next step is the Ombudsman, Vcat and A Currant Affair. They were very quick and demanding to sell the Navara and take my money and now very quick to do nothing and make excuses! I will never buy another vehicle from them!
I have owned a lot of cars over the years and have had to have them all serviced, but yesterday was an exceptional day for customer service and care shown me. I do not write reviews but this day needs to be written about. First it was the lady who checked me in, Elizabeth was her name she was so courteous she let me know all that would be done and asked me for any concerns I had about the car. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Approx 4 years ago, we purchased a brand new Nissan Ute from this dealer. Quick and happy to take your money, slow and pathetic afterwards. After almost each service, the Ute had been returned due to damages or mechanical issues that it didnt have when we presented the car. This has been an ongoing problem.
