Bad service, lady couldn’t find hay in a haystack. Miss communication everywhere, nowhere to leave your keys. Promised a lift, forgotten about had to organise it myself. They said my car was outside, walk out couldn’t find it. Told the ladies there and they went out searching for it, awhile later a man finally appears in it. “Cars all washed and clean they said” later to get home and noticed they just quickly rinsed it with a hose. Wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Get your shit together you lot.
I recently purchased a demo model Pathfinder from David at Shepparton. David was so prompt, friendly and helpful with the entire process of purchasing my vehicle, which was done over the phone as I am located in Northern NSW. I purchased my vehicle from David as the deal I got was so much better than I could find anywhere in NSW, I got a vehicle in brand new condition for a much more affordable price tag. Tried to book my car in for a service online.. called the day prior to check on appointment and was told nothing was booked as online bookings sometimes don't work!?!?
