Worst customer experience I have ever had! Took my car into them to see if they could try and solve an issue with my car, they tried to tell me I had no idea what I was talking about. Old guy we were dealing with got all up in my face and was a real smartass. I got a quote for $400 before we took the car in, then tried to tell me it would be $1500 and said the other quote was bullshit. Ended up walking out and taking it to someone else. I would rather take my cars 3 hours back to a dealer in Melbourne than 10 mins to Echuca. 2022 Rexton warranty items, Usb not working since new. Apparently they're still waiting on the part 2 years later even though I've reminded them every time I've been in there. Recall switches were never replaced. 2023 Musso blew an engine, I was without my work vehicle for nearly 3 months, had to buy another car.
