Appointment with Dr. Ahiakwo today. Great visit! the receptionist was very friendly. We arrived a bit early and were taken in right away. Dr. Ahiakwo was prompt and thorough. He answered all of our questions and arranged for a referral to a specialist as requested. Took time to address our concerns. Thank you Dr. Ahiakow for your caring support as we get to know each other.

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS CLINIC. You are better off not having a family doctor, and rather using walk-in clinics. This clinic, their clerical staff, and their doctor's have no interest in patient care. You are a number.. You do not matter. They fail MISERABLY at communication and clarification. They are dismissive and ignorant. They fail to make basic changes to ensure their patient population has the proper information needed. They will try and charge you for anything and everything they possibly can. The receptionist and Dr. Fengqin Si are shockingly rude and unprofessional. Every appointment feels like a race against the clock. Despite booking 20 minutes, she rushes through in 10 minutes or less, then has the audacity to become visibly impatient. She outright refuses to answer more than one question, as if my concerns don’t matter at all. As a patient seeking care, I expected compassion, not contempt.
