After a few service trips and a bill of 3,400 nothing was resolved only to discover 2 new batteries were billed and were never installed after discussing my issue with an experienced cat mechanic it was discovered I had a clogged fuel line Not the batteries nor the starter which they installed a new one . Also I was never informed of the increasing bill until it got over $3,400 even when I told them I wanted to be conservative since I was selling the machine

Highly recommend! The entire experience was excellent! Customer service went above and beyond! Chris was very nice, helpful and accommodating to our needs! If we ever need to rent another machine I will definitely use them again! Thanks so much!!
