Highly recommend! The entire experience was excellent! Customer service went above and beyond! Chris was very nice, helpful and accommodating to our needs! If we ever need to rent another machine I will definitely use them again! Thanks so much!!
Updated: I rented an electric jackhammer, which worked well. The sales associate helped me determine the right tool for my job. The entire process went smooth except they charged me double by mistake. After 3 three weeks I did receive a refund for the overcharged amount. It took them a while to find the mistake in their system. I would shop here again if I needed to. Previously: Short Version: Rent jackhammer, goes well, get charged double, they don't believe me, send proof, still no refund. Shop here at your own risk.
