Great time buying a car. Thank you for awesome deal!
Great time buying a car. Thank you for awesome deal!
Tell me why I paid 500 dollars for a 20k service when it says 109 for the oil change/tire rotation in the online scheduling and I just added on the PA inspection. The misc charges seem like random tacked bits (checking my floor mat, really??) AND to add insult to injury, I arrived at 1pm and left at 4pm (they said it would take 90 min and out of the 8 people who were in the waiting area, I was the only one left). Oh and for the 30k maintenance, the guy quoted me 800-900 bucks.
The team here is incredibly helpful! I brought my car in on a Saturday for a slow-cranking, delayed-start issue, and they squeezed me in even though they were booked solid. Special thanks to Russ and Matt upfront for the great service. I drove the car in myself this time instead of using my usual valet service, and I was really impressed by how clean and modern the service area and lounge are.
