I went in today to Thompson Lexus with a diagnosis from a reputable auto shop in Blue Bell Pa. with a diagnosis to repair brakes and rotors with pulsating feeling when braking during State inspection. My car only has 16,000 miles on it and is a 2024. I brought it back to them to fix thinking it was covered under my warranty along with them doing a simple factory recall. Well it’s been just over 30+ days since the purchase of my 2026 Lexus NX 350 and I’m so happy with my decision. Beautiful facility, but, Have an ongoing issue with car heat, communication issues dealing with Bill Lind saying he was going to call but was just too busy, never did. The service head manager Mark also not the best at communication and when approached generally makes you feel like your bothering him. I have had thesame problem with my heater every year past 3 years, resolved temporarily thru bleeding system, Now that I think I finally figured out the problem and try to communicate this, Nobody seems to want to listen to me ... read more
