Dave helped me early on in my business by creating a Producer Agreement that allowed us to retain producers to assist with driving growth. He then opened our LLC & we had many email conversations when the time came to go to S Corp status. Also, he advised my wife & I on a situation during the construction of our home. He is a professional in the legal business that's for sure. He has been very consistent & solid over the past several years.
