Great Folks, Great Service for the past 10 to 15 years!! Mike W.
They recently installed a part on my daughters car that failed one month after installation. I had to have a different shop repair it since she was out of state when it broke down. The part that Thompson Lane installed was bad and had to be replaced. I contacted them after the car was repaired but they would not stand behind it since I did not call them prior to having it repaired. I would definitely not recommend this repair shop.
