Poor customer service, poor communication, just a bad experience all around. Had one machine there twice for repairs, back to back. Had such a bad experience the first time, we were looking to take it to Syracuse instead, but due to time being an issue, decided to bring it back. Both times we had asked for a phone call prior to the work being done. Both times a call was promised, and both times we received no phone call.
